2025 Pillar Awards

The BIA Pillar Awards is a fantastic opportunity to recognize BIA's member companies and their professional achievements! Our streamlined entry process makes it easy to enter!

Each entry will be judged on its merit by a group of highly qualified judges. The Pillar Awards Winners will be announced at the November 20th General Membership Meeting & BIA Pillar Awards Dinner.

There are 4 Award Categories: Remodeling Project Achievement, Advertising & Marketing, Professional Achievement, and Company Achievement Awards. Please see the list below - Click the award name and enter today! Member companies can enter multiple categories.

Early Bird First Entry - $345; each additional entry $295

Early Bird Deadline: August 1, 2025

Regular Entry - $395; each additional entry is $345

Regular Entry Deadline: August 29, 2025

Associate Partner of the Year: Nominated by a BIA Builder Member. Builder Members who submit a Pillar Award Entry can nominate an Associate Member for the Associate Partner of the Year Award. The nominated company will be responsible for completing the entry form. All nominees and the winner will be announced at the November 20th Pillar Awards Reception. No fee is charged for the nomination and entry.

Please note: When submitting an entry for an award, all required information must be entered at once. You will not have the ability to log in and out of the program. If you close the program before submission, the previously entered information will not be saved.

Information and Rules

Eligibility

To submit an entry in any category, you must be a member in good standing of the BIA of Lancaster County.

Candidates for the Professional Achievement Awards may only enter in the category which best describes their primary function. Multiple Professional Achievement entries by one candidate are prohibited.

Entry Submission Information

The same company can make multiple entries; after your first entry, please be sure to check the "This is an additional entry" box at the top of the Company Information section of each award category; this will ensure your multiple entry discount.

Please save all images at a resolution of approximately w-1800. Save all images as JPEG files 300dpi at the highest quality. Photos combined can NOT exceed 20mb or your submission will not go through. Please compress your images before submitting them.

Upon submission, the contact email listed under the Company Information Section of each award category will receive a complete entry summary.

If nominating another company/person for an award, their information must be entered in the company information fields. Nominator information is to be entered in the contact information fields.

Payment

Please make payment at the time of submission via credit card. You may also request to be invoiced.

The same company can make multiple entries. However, if paying online with a credit card, payment is required at the time of submission for each entry.

Judging

If there is only one entry in an award category, the entry must reach a point threshold to win the award.

The BIA reserves the right to eliminate any category due to insufficient entries or entries that do not meet the required point threshold.

Judging criteria are listed with each category. Judges use a scale ranking from 1 - 10 and they have the ability to provide comments with each ranking.
