Innovation and Creativity: (Were unique design elements, resourceful materials, or innovative techniques used? Were standard products used creatively?)
Function and Style: (Does it allow for good traffic flow and function? Was space used efficiently to accommodate the overall design and intent of the owner?)
How does the perceived value of the project compare to the cost?
Does the project complement the original structure's design OR meet the architectural intent/goal of the homeowner?
